Richard Kittle has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and penetration testing. Richard is currently working at ENSCO, Inc. as the SE&I Cyber/Pentest Lead for SCN since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Cybersecurity and Penetration Engineer at ENSCO, Inc. from March 2021 to December 2022. In addition, Richard was a Senior Cyber Network Defense Engineer at McCallie Associates, Inc. from July 2012 to May 2013, where they designed and developed information security tools and provided cyber security engineering services. Prior to their civilian roles, Richard served in the US Air Force as a Superintendent from October 2011 to July 2012. Richard was responsible for managing personnel, ensuring mission readiness and training, and reviewing and recommending resource needs. Richard also worked as a Section Chief Boundary and Infrastructure at United States Air Force, 561 NOS (IAFNOS) from August 2010 to October 2011, and at 561 NOS/INOSC West as a Section Chief Boundary and Infrastructure from August 2010 to September 2011. In these roles, they supervised personnel, managed network connectivity and security for multiple sites, and oversaw the operations of various network devices.
Richard Kittle attended Strayer University-Maryland from 2004 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Internetworking Technologies. In 2011, they also attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Cyber Security. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1994, Richard attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Operator.
