Paul Buckley is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering across various industries, including oil and gas, mining, and public infrastructure. Currently serving as the Mechanical Project Engineer at Enscope since June 2021, Paul leads multi-discipline deliverables for the Macedon Front End Compression Project. Previously, as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Rapallo Group, Paul managed small to mid-sized projects and developed a company-wide Quality Management System that achieved ISO 9001 accreditation. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Monadelphous, where project tracking and scheduling were key responsibilities, and Mechanical Engineer at WorleyParsons, focusing on contractor management and fitness-for-service assessments. Paul began their career as an Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer at Transfield Worley, conducting vibration analysis and FEA modeling. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University, a Diploma of Project Management, and a Professional Certificate of Competency in Gas Turbine Engineering.

We offer our clients and partners a unique, specialised and valuable skillset in the delivery of energy infrastructure projects. With a breadth of services ranging from concept development and feasibility through to EPCM and EPC project delivery and commissioning, we add value across all phases of the project development and delivery lifecycle. In 2015, Enscope was integrated into the Quanta Services group of companies and has established offices in both Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane.
