Connor Usher has a diverse work experience in the field of cyber security and technology risk. Connor started their career as a Pension Administrator at MyCSP Ltd in 2015, where they focused on the crystallization of benefits. In 2017, they joined TalkTalk Business as a Technical Service Analyst, and gradually progressed to become a Technical Service Manager and later a Technical Service Security Manager. At TalkTalk Business, Connor managed external projects, provided extensive care to enterprise-grade customers, and contributed to the development of a configuration management database and automated reporting systems. In 2021, they joined Avaloq as an Information Security Manager, and later took on the role of UK Security Officer. Currently, Connor works at ENSEK as the Head of Cyber Security and Technology Risk, where they lead the team and ensures the security of technology systems.
