Helen Cartwright is a product leader with over 20 years of experience in developing and delivering successful customer-led products in the recruitment and energy sectors. They have held various roles, including Senior Product Manager at First Utility and Product Lead - Energy Transition at Shell Energy Retail, where they focused on helping customers decarbonize their home energy. Currently, they serve as the Head of Product - Cost to Serve at ENSEK. Helen's versatile and collaborative approach has enabled them to empower high-performing teams while building strong external relationships and commercial partnerships. They earned a BCom in Accounting and Finance from The University of Birmingham.
