Janaki Parameswaran

Janaki Parameswaran, MD, currently serves as the VP and Head of Clinical Development at Ensem Therapeutics since May 2025. Prior to this role, Janaki Parameswaran spent four years at Arvinas, initially as a Senior Medical Director and later as Executive Medical Director from February 2021 to May 2025. Janaki Parameswaran's experience also includes a position as Medical Director at Bristol Myers Squibb from May 2018 to January 2021, and earlier, as an Assistant Member at Moffitt Cancer Center in the Department of Head and Neck - Endocrine Oncology. Janaki Parameswaran earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Yale University between 2014 and 2017, a medical degree from NorthShore LIJ - Hofstra School of Medicine from 2011 to 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Barnard College from 2003 to 2007.
