Susan Qu, Ph.D., MBA has extensive work experience in the field of quality and analytical science. Susan currently holds the position of VP, Head of Quality at ABio-X Holdings, Inc, RVAC Medicines, and Ensem Therapeutics, where they are responsible for ensuring high-quality standards in their operations.

Prior to their current roles, Susan served as the Sr. Director, US Quality Assurance Head at WuXi Biologics from 2019 to 2021.
