Xuqiong (Joanna) Wu

Xuqiong (Joanna) Wu has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their position as a Member of The BayHelix Group in 2011. Xuqiong (Joanna) then joined Ropes and Gray as an Associate in 2009, and CAIPLA as a Member in 2005. In 2017, they became the Associate General Counsel - Intellectual Property at Solid Biosciences, and Chief Patent Counsel at ConforMIS, Inc. in 2011. In 2019, they joined HiFiBiO Therapeutics as General Counsel. In 2021, they joined ABio-X as head of legal affairs, and also accepted roles as General Counsel at RVAC Medicines and Ensem Therapeutics, and Legal Counsel at Adcentrx Therapeutics.

Xuqiong (Joanna) Wu began their educational journey in 1989 when they attended the University of Science and Technology of China, studying Biology. Xuqiong (Joanna) then moved on to the University of Virginia, where they obtained their PhD in Physiology in 1998. Finally, they attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) in 2003.
