Alan Furlong

Alan Furlong has extensive experience in growth leadership and commercial strategy across various sectors. As Head of Growth at Cprime, Inc. from November 2021 to December 2023, Alan oversaw the Tech portfolio, achieving a 40% revenue increase and the highest EBIT in the company's history. Previously, as Head of Growth at Radtac, Alan rebuilt the sales team, leading to 100% revenue growth in the first year. Alan also founded Sherpa People Systems, focusing on digital transformation and Agile leadership training. Additionally, Alan co-founded The Business Renovators, managed HR projects at Commonwealth Bank, and directed recruitment firms in Hong Kong. Alan holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Cardiff University, along with a certificate in Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute.
