Andrea Call Zyga, MBA CRCR, serves as Senior Director of Patient Access at Ensemble Health Partners since June 2019, previously holding the position of Director of Patient Access. Andrea has extensive experience in healthcare management, having worked at Huron as a Healthcare Manager and at Parallon as Patient Access Director for Tristar Skyline and Skyline Madison Medical Center, as well as Assistant Patient Access Director for Tristar Centennial Medical Center. A proven leader in strategic process improvement, Andrea has consistently enhanced patient experience and operational effectiveness across various roles. Educational credentials include an MBA from Lipscomb University and a B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Purdue University.
