Anita Gross

Anita Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Advisor and Pre-Access Physician Liaison at Ensemble Health Partners since February 2021, Anita focuses on facilitating seamless referrals for outpatient testing between the Pre-Access team and provider offices. Prior to this role, Anita spent nearly a decade at Ballad Health, where responsibilities included leading continuous process improvement projects and managing Lean Kaizen events as a Lean Process and Continuous Improvement Facilitator. Anita also served as a Program Manager, overseeing the implementation and tracking of improvement initiatives. Earlier roles include Senior Executive Assistant at Mountain States Health Alliance and Administrator with the State of Tennessee. Anita holds a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.
