Charles Gasman

Charles Gasman is an accomplished executive in data engineering with over two decades of leadership experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Data Engineering at Ensemble Health Partners since April 2025, Charles previously held senior roles at Syneos Health, including Vice President and Executive Director, where responsibilities encompassed data capabilities and clinical analytics that serviced over 28,000 colleagues globally. Prior to this, Charles was Vice President of Application Engineering at inVentiv Health, providing technical leadership for a broad organization, and Executive Director of Interactive Response Technologies at PharmaNet, overseeing multinational teams in clinical technologies. Charles began a career in product release management at Pivotech and is an alumnus of Rutgers University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
