Lea Padilla

Lea Padilla, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient access and revenue management. Currently serving as Associate VP of Patient Access at Ensemble Health Partners since May 2022, Padilla previously held the position of Director of Revenue at HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group from November 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that role, Padilla spent five years at Parallon, where responsibilities included Patient Access Director at Metropolitan Methodist, Interim Director, and Patient Access Manager. Lea Padilla holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Incarnate Word (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management from the same institution (2008-2012).
