Sherry Stiltner

Sherry Stiltner, RHIT, CCS, CCDS, CRCR, has extensive experience in clinical documentation, serving as the Director of Clinical Documentation at Ensemble Health Partners since June 2020. Prior to this role, Sherry held the same position at Ballad Health from April 2006 to June 2020, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to enhancing clinical documentation practices throughout her career.
