Barbara Lucas

Barbara Lucas has extensive work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Barbara is currently serving as the Property and Development Accounting Director at Ensemble Real Estate Solutions & Investments since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at JT Smith Companies from March 2016 to October 2020. In this role, Barbara was responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, providing audit support, and assisting with tax returns for multiple companies within the organization. Before joining JT Smith Companies, they held various roles at Erickson Group, Ltd. from August 2001 to June 2015. These included serving as the Corporate Controller, where they managed the financial process for a holding company with multiple subsidiaries and presented comprehensive executive-level analysis. Barbara also worked as the Manager of Banking and Finance at Erickson Group, Ltd., where they prepared financial statements and evaluated new ventures.

Barbara Lucas obtained their Associates degree in Business from Clark Community College, where they attended from 1990 to 1992. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Western Washington University, from 1992 to 1994.
