Claire Janssen

Claire Janssen has extensive experience in the finance industry. Claire started their career at Equitable Real Estate as the Director of Corporate Accounting/Tax and later became the Vice President of Institutional Accounting. Claire then joined Lend Lease Real Estate as the Vice President of Business/Credit Analysis, where they established a formal credit analysis function. Claire went on to work as the Vice President at Wells Real Estate and later joined Snyder Kearney as a Consultant. Claire also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Opus West Corporation. After that, they became a Consultant at Snyder Kearney LLC and worked as a Consultant at Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. Claire then joined STORE Capital as the Vice President/Controller, where they worked until 2019. Claire later worked as the Chief Financial Executive and Managing Member at Pinnacle CFO Advisors LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ensemble Real Estate Solutions & Investments.

Claire Janssen completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Accounting, from George Mason University. Claire attended the university from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they also pursued a short course in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment at the MIT School of Architecture and Planning in 2020. The course, lasting for six weeks, awarded their a certificate upon completion.
