Conrad Garner

Conrad Garner has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Conrad is currently the Managing Director at Ensemble Investments, LLC, where they are responsible for overseeing the organization's overall development and investment initiatives. Prior to their current role, Conrad served as the Senior Vice President - Development at Ensemble Investments, where they played a key role in setting corporate strategy and leading the organization's development projects. Conrad also held the position of Vice President at Ensemble Investments. Before joining Ensemble Investments, Conrad worked at Ensemble Real Estate as a Development Manager & Owner's Representative, where they managed new build and renovation projects from conception to launch. Overall, Conrad has a strong background in project management, design, construction management, analysis, and accounting in the real estate sector.

Conrad Garner pursued higher education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree between 1999 and 2004. Subsequently, between 2003 and 2005, they continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Finance and Management.
