Nayeli Rodríguez-Leonardo is a Research Manager at Teach for Mexico, specializing in measurement design and outcome evaluation for the Early Childhood Leadership program since November 2018. Previously, Nayeli held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator and served as a Teacher Evaluator at the National Center of Evaluation for Higher Education (CENEVAL), where evaluations focused on teacher performance at the upper secondary level. Additional experience includes acting as a Technical Advisor and Reviewer at CENEVAL, promoting health as a Health Promoter for the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, and providing cognitive-behavioral therapy as a Clinical and Health Psychologist at the University Clinic for Health Care "Aurora," UNAM. Nayeli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and multiple diplomas in Teaching at Higher-educational institutions, Public Health, and Masculinities, as well as a diploma in Mathematics and Statistics.
