Oketa Fred

Oketa Fred has a strong background in software engineering and web development. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at Crystal Technologies Uganda, where they developed front and back-end web-based solutions for small business clients. Oketa then joined awamo GmbH in 2019 as a Web Developer, where they developed and maintained Awamo's Cockpit, a large single-page web application. In 2020, they moved to LipaMobile as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing and maintaining the Xuldime application, a web application. Currently, they are working at Ensibuuko as a Software Engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining various web applications such as Mobis4, Mobis Client, and MUIIS.

Oketa Fred completed their education at Busitema University from 2014 to 2018, majoring in Computer Engineering and obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Achievement in JavaScript, CSS 3, and HTML 5 from the Cambridge Certification Authority in June and July 2020. Oketa also holds a Certificate of Completion from Andela, which they obtained in May 2018.
