Jordan Yearsley

Jordan Yearsley has a diverse work experience in the Information Technology field. Jordan started as an Associate Software Engineer at People's United Bank in 2002 and progressed through various roles such as Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and Information Technology Manager. In these roles, they gained expertise in developing banking applications, implementing Java solutions, and working with RPA and Spring Framework. Jordan also served as the Director Center of Excellence, managing a small group of software engineers. Jordan joined M&T Bank in 2022 as Vice President Information Technology before moving to their current position at Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. as the Data Integration Lead in 2023. Overall, Jordan has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills throughout their career.

Jordan Yearsley holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University. They also have additional certifications as an Associate Integration Developer from Boomi and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2016.
