Dustin Groff

Dustin Groff has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Most recently, they served as the Executive Director at Ensign Services, overseeing the operations of Orem Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director at Lake Ridge Senior Living. Dustin gained valuable experience in healthcare administration through their role as Administrator in Training at Flagstone Healthcare North.

Before venturing into the healthcare industry, Dustin has excelled in various roles. Dustin worked as the General Manager at Hotel Petaluma, overseeing the conversion and renovation of the hotel. As the Owner/Photographer of Hold my Hand Photography, they successfully managed their own business for over a decade. At OptiRev, LLC, they served as the Director of Operations, Director of Creative Media, and Marketing Manager, showcasing their ability to manage internal systems, recruit and train employees, and handle the creative aspects of marketing.

Dustin's early career included positions such as Social Media Manager at Social Butterfly Effect, Concierge at Vintners Inn/John Ash & Co., and Property Manager at Park Plaza Apartments. Dustin gained valuable experience as an intern at Provo Creative and as a Client Advocate at Chrysalis Inc.

Dustin Groff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on Digital Media from Utah Valley University. Dustin attended the university from 2003 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received a diploma from Bellevue West Sr High School between 1999 and 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Dustin obtained a Nursing Home Administrator certification from the Montana Department of Labor & Industry in June 2021. Dustin has also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout through the Boy Scouts of America.
