Joi Nadal

Joi Nadal has extensive experience in nursing leadership, currently serving as the Director of Nursing Services at Arbor Glen Care Center under Ensign Services since July 2020. Previous roles include Director of Nursing at Providence Group- Las Colinas Post Acute from March 2017 to June 2020, and multiple positions as Director of Nursing Services at various facilities within Ensign Services from September 2009 to February 2017. In addition, Joi held the position of Director of Nursing at Unified Health (2008-2009), Director of Nursing Services at Windsor Gardens of Long Beach (December 2006 - March 2008), and at COUNTRY VILLA PARK MARINO HEALTHCARE CENTER, LLC (September 2005 - November 2006). Early career experience includes serving as a Case Manager/Discharge Planner at San Gabriel Valley Medical Center (March 2004 - November 2006).
