Don Chan is an experienced professional in the cybersecurity and service management sectors, currently serving as the Director of System Audit and Compliance at Ensign InfoSecurity, one of Asia's largest cybersecurity firms, since October 2018. Prior to this role, Don led the Service Excellence team at Certis Cisco Security International, overseeing both Audit & Compliance and Operational Processes for the Cyber Security Unit. Previous positions include Lead of Service Management at Fujitsu, Managed Services Tower Lead for government accounts at Xcellink Pte Ltd, and Manager in Service Management at IBM, where responsibilities included customer engagement and service level negotiations. Additionally, Don has project management experience in the technology sector, including a pet project focused on game development and roles at Nokia in global content management and online portal development. Don holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from MGSM.
