Ian Duguid

Ian Duguid is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Ensign Laboratories since April 2023. With a robust background in engineering management, Ian previously held the same title at Peters Ice Cream from April 2019 to April 2023, overseeing maintenance functions and technical support. Prior to that, Ian worked as a Reliability Engineer at Pfizer and spent two decades at Asaleo Care in various roles, including Engineering & Product Development Manager, where responsibilities included managing capital budgets, overseeing maintenance teams, and leading project implementations for equipment acquisitions and process improvements. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology and has foundational education from the Australian Maritime College.
