Jorge Ayala Rascón

Jorge Ayala Rascón is the Founder & Managing Director North America of JULIUS Connected 2 Grow, an international digital marketing solutions company. He is also a Partner and VP of Sales & Marketing at Ensitech, a software development company focusing on Cloud Technologies. Previously, he served as the CEO of MKX Digital Demand Generation and Partner, VP of Sales & Marketing at Performatica Loyalty Innovations. Additionally, he has experience as a Profesor at Cedim Mexico and was the ITESM Campus Monterrey Student Council President during his time at ITESM. Jorge holds an MBA in Global Business and Strategy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and EGADE Business School, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
