Sam Fuentes

Sam Fuentes is a Senior Engineer at Energy Management & Services Co. since July 2014 and also holds the title of Project Engineer at Pro Plus Inc. since August 2006. Sam has a JD in Law from the University of Houston Law Center and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Sam pursued a Master's of Teaching at the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 2002 to 2003.
