Amy Cheng-Tran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand impact and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Enso Collaborative since March 2012, Amy leads a future design company that collaborates with clients to explore and create innovative possibilities. In addition, Amy holds a dual role as Partner and Head of Brand Impact at Chief, a network dedicated to supporting senior women leaders. Previous experience includes leadership positions at GOOD Worldwide Inc, where Amy directed partnerships and strategy, and TBWA\Chiat\Day, where significant achievements included spearheading Pepsi’s ‘Refresh’ brand re-launch and managing the award-winning Pepsi Refresh Project. Amy's foundational expertise is supported by an MBA in Brand Management and International Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Design from UCLA.
