Ricardo Alarcón Pellat

Ricardo Alarcón Pellat has over 13 years of work experience. Ricardo started their career in 2006 as the Founder and Commercial Director of DAKON Comercializadora de vinos y licores. In 2012, they moved on to become a Project Manager at Rock Entertainment Group. In 2013, they joined PagoFacil as Operations & Customer Service Manager, where they were dedicated to giving support and solutions with the aim of impacting customer satisfaction and creating loyalty. In 2016, they became the Country Manager of Mexico at Paymentez. Since 2019, they have been the COO/CPO and Enso Wallet Director at Enso Fintech.

Ricardo Alarcón Pellat completed a Postgraduate degree in Engineering and Project Management at the Universidad Panamericana, as well as a degree in Industrial Engineering at the same university.
