Enso Studio Berlin is a vibrant wellbeing studio located in Friedrichshagen/Köpenick, just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Müggelsee. We offer a wide range of classes for all ages and skill levels, including yoga, pilates, Zumba, Qigong, and children’s dance classes.

We also provide specialized courses such as Gentle Yoga for 50+, mobility training, and Yogilates—a unique blend of yoga and pilates for core strength and flexibility. Some of our courses are certified by health insurance providers, allowing you to benefit from potential reimbursements.
The studio is located in the historic building of the old post office in a minimalist industrial design. Stepping inside, you leave behind the hustle and bustle of the street and enter the calming tranquility of the studio. A cozy, open seating area invites you to linger after your yoga or pilates session, enjoying the serene atmosphere.

For added flexibility, we offer online classes, so you can join us from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are.

In addition, we host workshops, teacher trainings, and events focusing on yoga, health, and personal growth.

Our spacious and light-filled room, experienced and passionate instructors, and fair pricing make Enso Studio a special place for beginners and advanced students alike. We invite you to join us on your wellbeing journey—online or in person!
