Hubert P.

Hubert P. has been working in the software development industry since 2007. Hubert began their career as a Software Developer at LShift, where they worked part-time during the academic year and full-time outside of it. Hubert also completed a 6-month internship as part of their degree requirement. In 2010, they joined Typesafe as a Software Developer. In 2009, they started a PhD at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). In 2015, they returned to LShift as a Senior Software Developer. In 2017, they joined ShiftLeft Inc. as a Principal Engineer and Oliver Wyman as a Senior Software Developer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Enso as a Compiler Engineer, where they are hacking on compilers to make the Enso language powerful and fast.

Hubert P. attended Imperial College London from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science. Hubert then attended EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2009 to 2015, where they earned a Research Doctorate in Computer Science and Programming Languages.
