Xica Wiltgen

Xica Wiltgen is the current Chief of Staff at EnsoData. Xica has previous experience working as an Executive Assistant at Duluth Trading Company. In their current position, they are responsible for managing the calendar, schedule, and activities for the Chairman, CEO, CFO, and COO. Xica also produces materials and composes PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings and conferences. In addition, they are responsible for event planning for executives and corporate events, including Board meetings, investor meetings, and company-wide bi-annual events. Xica is also responsible for taking detailed meeting minutes and following up with board members to ensure that documentation is complete, meets governance obligations, and is filed with the corporate secretary.
