Grant Hatton

Grant Hatton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Grant currently holds the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Ensono Digital, where they contribute to the design, build, and management of technology for global brands and businesses. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Sorted Group, leading sales activities and assisting with the US market expansion. Grant also served as a Business Development professional at Naimuri, connecting mission-led customers with software development and data intelligence solutions. Before that, Grant was Head of Retail and later Head of Consultancy at CMS Analytics, where they provided commercial oversight, implemented business development strategies, and led consultancy projects for retail and financial clients. Grant also held the role of Systems Director, overseeing IT operations and managing clients' online services ordering. Grant started their career at CMS Analytics as a Relationship Manager & IT Manager, progressing to become a Business Analyst and then a Business Analyst & IT Manager.

Grant Hatton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics with Economics from the University of York, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they acquired a certification called MEDDPICC Masterclass from MEDDICC in May 2023.
