Ian Cowley is a skilled technology leader with a diverse background in data engineering, software architecture, and development. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Developer at Milliman, where Ian managed a cloud-based grid computing platform, and as CTO at TalentSee, where Ian focused on innovative video interviewing solutions. Ian's expertise also encompasses technical architecture and applications development, having held positions at Contemi, Capita, GradWeb, Oculus, and Matinee Sound & Vision Ltd, contributing to advancements in agile software practices, cloud architectures, and scalable application frameworks.
