Joseph Pidgeon

Joseph Pidgeon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joseph is currently working as a Senior Consultant (Business Strategy) at Ensono Digital since April 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at bp pulse where they served as a Digital Product Manager from June 2021 to April 2022, and as a Senior Business Analyst from April 2021 to June 2021.

Before joining bp pulse, Joseph worked at North Highland as a Senior Business Analyst from November 2018 to April 2021, playing a key role in leading business analysis activities for clients such as Sainsburys, Royal Mail, and Parcelforce. Joseph'sresponsibilities included building and analyzing process maps, supporting scrum teams, mapping requirements, and educating product owners on Agile practices.

Joseph also gained experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they worked as an EMEA Servers Business Analyst from April 2015 to May 2017, and as a Technology Consultant from September 2013 to April 2015. Joseph began their career at eSchools, where they served as a Junior Developer, Project Manager, and Sales and Training professional from July 2011 to August 2012.

Joseph pursued their education at Bournemouth University, where they studied Business Information Technology from September 2008 to June 2012. Additionally, they worked at Bidwells as a Service Desk Analyst and Infrastructure Analyst from November 2010 to September 2011.

Joseph Pidgeon attended Methwold High School from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained their GCSE's. From 2006 to 2008, they studied Information Technology at West Suffolk College, earning a Distinction, Distinction, Merit. Joseph then enrolled at Bournemouth University from 2008 to 2012, pursuing a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology. In terms of certifications, Joseph obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2017 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in June 2023.
