Sophie Ward

Sophie Ward has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Sophie began their career as an HR Consultant at Reply in July 2016. Sophie then moved on to work as an HR Assistant at Handelsbanken, a local relationship bank, from January to March 2017. Following this, Sophie worked as an HR Assistant at Reply once again, where they gained generalist experience supporting 14 startups with over 600 employees across the UK, Benelux, and France. In April 2017, they transitioned to work as an HR Assistant at Ensono Digital, a cloud-native consultancy, where they eventually became a Senior People Manager. In this role, Sophie played a crucial role in scaling the company's headcount from 80 to 200+. Currently, they work as the Head of People at Native since February 2023.

Sophie Ward's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Prior's Field School and obtained their GCSE's. From 2010 to 2013, they attended Lord Wandsworth College and completed their A Levels. In 2013, they enrolled in Oxford Brookes University, completing their Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honors in Psychology from 2013 to 2016.

Continuing their education, Sophie Ward pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London in 2017 and completed it in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Sophie Ward has obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they achieved the Associate CIPD, Level 7 certification from CIPD. In October 2018, they gained certification as a Certified Lean Kanban Foundation (KMP1) from Kanban University. In November 2018, they became a Mental Health First Aid Champion through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. In March 2020, they completed a Line Management Course offered by Impact Factory Training and Development. In August 2020, they earned a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessor certification from High Speed Training Ltd. Most recently, in March 2021, they obtained a People Analytics certification from Coursera.
