Will Ransom

Will Ransom has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. Will started their career as an IT Resourcer at Levy Associates in October 2008 and worked there until September 2012. Will then joined Ocado as a Customer Service Agent, where they supported and retained customers, resolved complaints, queries, and issues from October 2012 to February 2014.

In February 2014, Will worked as an IT Support Engineer at ITbuilder until October 2014. Will then joined InterQuest Group as an IT Support Analyst in November 2014 and worked there until March 2017.

After that, they joined KCOM as an IT Support Engineer in March 2017 and worked there until February 2019. Their most recent positions include TechOps Engineer at Ensono Digital from February 2019 to January 2022 and currently as a Senior TechOps Engineer from January 2022 till present.

Will Ransom attended the University of Leicester from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geography. In addition to their academic education, they have also obtained certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in March 2021 and ITIL Foundation from ITIL Certified.
