Arghya Banerjee

Arghya Banerjee is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in mainframe modernization and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Mainframe Modernization Architect at Ensono since August 2022, Arghya previously held key positions at Virtusa as a Technical Architect and at Cognizant as a Technical Team Lead, where responsibilities included designing firmware for embedded systems and leading teams in troubleshooting and implementing improvements. With a solid foundation in software engineering, Arghya has developed functionalities in CICS/COBOL and contributed to quality assurance through the exploration of new technologies. Arghya holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
