Deborah Grieve

Deborah Grieve is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant - Delivery Manager at Ensono since January 2019, Deborah has previously held several roles within the same company, including Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant. Prior to Ensono, Deborah worked at North Highland UK from October 2016 to January 2019 as a Project Manager, where key achievements included managing the Royal Mail International Exports Transformation Programme and a significant £25m tender implementation for a UK retailer. Deborah’s career also includes a role as an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master at TUI from October 2011 to September 2016, delivering numerous IT and e-commerce projects, and participation in a Graduate Scheme that featured seven placements across Europe and the USA. Deborah holds an MA (Hons) in International Management and Languages from Heriot-Watt University and also studied at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
