Emma Fenwick

Emma Fenwick has extensive experience in human resources and business management, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ensono since October 2015, where responsibilities also included roles as Manager & HR Business Partner and Head of People Engagement. Prior to Ensono, Emma held the position of HR Manager at Attenda for over a decade, from November 2004 to October 2015. Earlier career roles included Sales Manager at Ashton Select, Sales Consultant at Winchester Search and Selection, and Recruiter for EMEA at Blue Martini Software. Emma began professional endeavors as a Territory Analyst at Networks Worldwide and as a Recruitment Consultant at Parity Selection. Educational qualifications include an Advanced (Level 7) Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD, a degree in Strategic Workforce Planning, and a Masterclass in Organisational Development from Henley Business School, as well as a BTec National in Business & Finance from Henley College.
