Michelle Egan

Michelle Egan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement, strategy development, and digital transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the U.S. State, Local, and Education (SLED) Leader at Ensono since January 2018, Michelle leads initiatives to modernize IT for SLED clients. Previous roles at Ensono include Senior Client Executive and Vice President of Client Experience, focusing on enhancing client interactions and supporting digital journeys. Prior to Ensono, Michelle held senior positions at CME Group, where responsibilities included leading customer experience strategy and managing innovation labs. Michelle's career also includes significant roles at Deloitte, focusing on business development and client experience programs. Michelle holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Relations from Ohio University.
