Mike Wells

Mike Wells is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and business development within the IT and business continuity sectors. Currently serving as Client Account Director at Ensono since November 2016, Mike manages relationships with key accounts critical to their clients' operations. Prior to this role, Mike spent over a decade at SunGard Availability Services, where roles included Sales Manager for UK Business Development and Senior Account Manager, focusing on driving business growth and developing client partnerships in the Finance & Insurance markets. Mike's career began at Guardian iT as an Account Manager, where strategic business continuity strategies were implemented for a designated client pool. Educationally, Mike holds a BA Hons in Leisure Management from Coventry University, along with A-Levels from Ranelagh School and GCSEs from Reading Bluecoat School.
