Poojashyam Nichani

Pooja Shyam N. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology, security, and project management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology & Security at Ensono since September 2020, Pooja also contributes as Ambassador for the DEI Global Council and chairs the DEI initiative for the India region. Previous roles include Vice President and Program Production Manager at NatWest Group, where management of technology and business engagement was key, and Solution and Transition Senior Manager at Accenture. Pooja's experience spans various organizations, including Wipro Limited, Western Union, and Cognizant, showcasing a strong background in leadership and operational management. Academically, Pooja is pursuing an LLM in Corporate Law from UCL and an MBA in Project Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bangalore University-Christ College.
