Kurt Landon (he/him) has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Kurt is currently the Founder & CEO of Enspira, a human capital consulting firm. Prior to that, they served as the SVP, People (Chief People Officer) at Pinterest, where they led a global team and transformed key people processes. Kurt also held positions at Biogen as the VP, HR & Chief of Staff to CHRO, at Expedia Group as the VP & Head of HR-Hotels.com & Global Lodging, at Johnson & Johnson as the Sr. Director & Head of HR-Biosense Webster, at Pfizer as an HR Manager, and at Accenture as a Sr. Consultant, Human Capital, where they played a key role in diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Kurt Landon (he/him) earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Italian Language & Literature and International Studies (Economics) from Washington University in St. Louis. Kurt attended the university from 1991 to 1995. Later, in 2007 and 2008, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Global HR Leadership at Rutgers University.

In addition to their formal education, Kurt obtained certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from Qualifying.org. Kurt achieved this certification in March 2002.
