Juergen Mayerhofer has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Juergen is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of enspired, a company focused on driving the energy transition through AI-based trading services. Juergen is also an investor and advisor at Reel, a start-up aiming to democratize the energy market and accelerate renewable energy development globally.

Additionally, Juergen has held various roles in organizations such as EASE, where they serve as a Delegate in the General Assembly, EPEX SPOT, where they are a Member of the Exchange Council, and World Energy Council Austria, where they are a Member.

Juergen has also been a Guest Lecturer on energy trading at the WU Executive Academy and a Platform Member at Eurelectric, focusing on the use of AI technologies in the power sector. Previously, they were the Managing Director at VisoTech, where they re-designed the company's strategy and increased profitability, and worked as the Head of Trading Automation at Trayport. Juergen also gained valuable experience as an Associate Partner at The Advisory House.
