Roger Pedlar

Roger Pedlar is an experienced professional in new product development and industrial design, currently serving as Sr. Manager of New Product Development at Enstall since January 2021. Previously, Roger held senior management positions at IronRidge and worked as an Insight, Innovation, and Design Consultant. Roger's extensive background includes significant leadership roles at Karcher North America, where innovation management and industrial design were key focuses, as well as creating the Industrial Design department at Windsor Industries. Early career experience includes designing travel products at Samsonite and collaborating on projects for a variety of clients at FM Design in London. Roger Pedlar holds a Bachelor's degree equivalent in Product Design and a Diploma in Technology with a focus on engineering.
