Jennifer C. Zajac, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Legal Operations at Enstar Group, where innovative strategies are implemented in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and the Legal Ops team. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at FMC Corporation as a subject matter expert in legal technology and operations, managing various SaaS systems and leading the transition of SharePoint. At Airgas, Jennifer held multiple positions focused on legal innovation, e-discovery management, outside counsel coordination, and more, contributing significantly to legal efficiency improvements. Earlier experiences include consulting for complex litigation document reviews and serving as a Senior Complex Litigation Trial Manager, overseeing high-stakes litigation cases. Jennifer holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BA in Political Science from Susquehanna University.
