Liam J. Leyden

Liam J. Leyden is currently serving as VP, Legal Counsel for Finance & Investments at Enstar Group since September 2020, having previously held the position of AVP, Legal Counsel for Finance. Prior to Enstar, Liam worked as an Associate Attorney at Faegre Drinker, where counseling focused on corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Law Clerk at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, Legal Extern at Brandywine Realty Trust, and Judicial Legal Extern for the Honorable James Gardner Colins. Liam also has a background in portfolio analysis and paralegal work at Jackson Cross Partners LLC. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Villanova University with a concentration in Business Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Joseph's University.
