Michal Kostal

Michal Kostal has extensive work experience in various roles within the sales and management fields. Michal started their career in 1998 at VTS Clima, where they worked part-time as an IT specialist while studying at university. Michal then joined ABB in 2000 as a Sales Area Manager, responsible for clients in the energy and industry sectors. In 2005, they moved to Ensto as a Sales Director, leading the sales team and driving sales development in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Romania. Recently, in 2022, Michal was promoted to the position of Managing Director for the same region at Ensto.

Michal Kostal obtained their secondary school diploma in Electrical Engineering with a specialty in Power Engineering from SPSE Frantiska Krizika. Michal attended this school from 1988 to 1992. From 1994 to 2000, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics at Czech Technical University in Prague, earning a Dipl. Ing. degree.
