Heidi Wray is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in environmental permitting and compliance management. Currently serving as the Environmental Permitting and Compliance Manager at Enstor Gas, LLC since September 2019, Heidi has held various roles including Environmental Engineer at Apex Companies, LLC, Air Quality Specialist at Providence - An Engineering, Environmental, and Disaster Recovery Firm, and EHS Specialist at Penn Virginia Corporation. Additional experience includes positions as an Environmental Engineer at Texas Top Gun Consulting and Enterprise Products, as well as an Air Compliance Specialist with Wyoming DEQ. Heidi holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Montana Technological University and an Associate's degree in Mathematics and Environmental Science from Casper College.

Enstor is the largest privately owned natural gas storage company in the United States. Headquartered in Houston, the company owns and operates six active underground natural gas storage facilities in four states with more than 110 Bcf in working gas capacity. Enstor has approximately 179 miles of transmission pipelines and 39 interconnects to major transmission pipelines.
