Todd's work experience also includes their time in the US Navy, where they served as a Nuke MM (ELT) from July 1985 to May 1995. In this role, they managed and evaluated the operation of a nuclear reactor and power generation plant, conducted radiological and chemical controls, and facilitated classroom courses in mechanical theory.

Todd Cash obtained their ASAST degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University in the years 1999 to 2001. Todd then pursued their BSBA degree in Human Resources Management from the same university from 2005 to 2007.

Enstor is the largest privately owned natural gas storage company in the United States. Headquartered in Houston, the company owns and operates six active underground natural gas storage facilities in four states with more than 110 Bcf in working gas capacity. Enstor has approximately 179 miles of transmission pipelines and 39 interconnects to major transmission pipelines. While many independent storage operators sell only traditional firm storage contracts, Enstor utilizes its operational characteristics to provide services that readily adapt to the changing marketplace.
