Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Calian IT & Cyber Solutions and several managerial positions at Scotiabank, directing teams in developing advanced AI systems and personalized solutions across various banking sectors. Helena's early career includes project management at Statistics Without Borders, tackling global Women's Rights advocacy through advanced data analysis and NLP techniques. Helena Yu holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
